How To Start a Project?
First, send us an email with details of your project. We always respond within 24 hours and may want to discuss your project over the phone. Your initial email can include artwork, product type(i.e. shirts, polo, tumbler, leather patches), estimated quantities, timelines etc..
Once the details of your project have been figured out. We will then email an invoice with your orders specifications, which will be payable through our website. Once the invoice is submitted, your project is started.
What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If there is ever an issue caused by us, we will fix it no questions asked. We have no problems with fixing these issues, as we are focused on creating quality products, and building relationships. You will never have to worry about your project when we take it on.
Bulk Pricing?
Yes we do offer bulk pricing. We have quantity based pricing, which will be provide with your quote. For larger orders, pricing will decrease per item. We also provide free shipping on orders over $250.00.
Digital Proofs & Images?
Once we have discussed and began on your project via email or phone, we will create digital mockups. We wont start on the project until we have your confirmation on the design. Physical samples and images are also be provided as needed.
Manufacturing Times?
All projects will be given estimated manufacturing times during the initial discussions. With an average of 4-9 business days for the production of most projects. Special requests may have different manufacturing times, which will be discussed prior to starting on your project.
