At BG Embroidery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Because our items are personalized and made specifically for you, we adhere to the following policy:
Design Approval
To ensure your complete satisfaction, all designs are sent to the client for final approval before production begins. Once a design is approved, the order is considered final.
Returns & Refunds

Custom Nature: Since every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been properly fulfilled.

Our Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If an error is made on our part, we will replace the item free of charge.

Notification: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues caused by our production must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
