Shipping Policy

Production & Lead Times

  • Custom Made: Every order is custom-made to your specifications.

  • Timeline: Standard production begins only after your design approval and invoice has been paid. Please allow 4-9 business days for your items to be made and prepared for shipment, unless a different timeline has been discussed to fit your custom needs. 

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, Fedex.

  • Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Local Pickup

  • We offer local pickup for our customers in the Vancouver, WA area. If you select this option at checkout, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. BG Embroidery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays & Damages

  • While we ensure your order is packaged securely, BG Embroidery is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost or damaged during transit. However, please contact us if there is an issue so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
